Vector Classic with added Date

I know, I use the scrolling “method” at the moment. But sometimes when you need to fill the date onto a form or something, it’s easiest at a glance, not to scroll. Honestly I have never looked at my battery percentage at all (until now that is). I mean the Race (original) lasts like 3 days when I use it to gym or go for a run. And I can see the percentage of charge when I charge it…
It’s not an apple watch, it won’t run out of juice 10min into a run.

I don’t have the date on both Race and Race S, just battery percentage, maybe it was added by the latest firmware, which I didn’t installed

The watch face does not display the date no, just battery percentage, but when you scroll up with the crown the first widget should be battery percentage with the date in small print below that.

you are talking about the Control Panel, which I removed since it’s accessible via the lower button…
yes, it shows the date too, even if small, however between battery and date I would prefer to have the second one directly on the wf -

I concur! I really don’t NEED the battery percentage. And WANT my date displayed on the main watch face

Probably my favourite watchface. However, I’ve just had to switch it out as the contrast of the numbers has suddenly changed. Not sure if anyone else has had the same thing happen? All of a sudden It’s become near impossible to read the time regardless of colour, backlight being on or off etc. I’m hoping this will be remedied in an upcoming update

I don’t see any change on my V2.
V1 had issues with the contrast between active and inactive “pixels” from the beginning. -

V1 had issues with the contrast between active and inactive “pixels” from the beginning.I have a V1. Never had any problems reading the time since yesterday and I’ve been using this watchface for nearly a month. Seems rather odd

maybe the off segments have been dimmed a bit? it seems to me they were brighter before

Everything is there, it’s just they’re now completely impossible to see unless you are in the perfect light conditions, leaning backwards and squinting. But on a serious note, I don’t know what’s happened but it’s currently not a usable watchface which is a bummer as it’s my favourite

Looks like whoever is developing this watchface, doesn’t have Vertical 1 as a test unit. 🧐
Perhaps the simplest and most effective solution would be to forget about this retro LCD style of faint inactive display segments and simply turn them off completely for MIP watches.
