Spartan Trainer - Frozen Screen after Soft Reset

I have a new problem with my Spartan Trainer. The HR measurement did not work. I wanted to do the soft reset. This screen is now frozen. If I connect them with the cable to Suunto Link I get only the message that the clock must be reset. But she can not reset, frozen screen for hours.

@Alexander-Scharl try holding the upper 2 buttons for some time. Sorry I dont use a trainer so it took time to search / ask

I’ve tried the buttons, because only once the display is dark and bright again. I will send them in to Suunto, this is the fastest way. And then I think about a Spartan Sport. Thank you

Holding all 5 keys for 15 seconds, and when releasing holding still the middle button should go to bootloader.

Going to bootloader will enable you to connect to SL

(btw: I could have used this last year, when a Trainer was stuck and I had to wait a couple of days until the battery ran out and I could get it back to work…)

the 5-finger-trick does not work, unfortunately. The first message (1.Image) is always “reset the clock required”, then he works, (Image 2,3) “the clock is updated” and then again message 1.
