-
@isazi yes it is but sometimes my approximative english don’t help me on the forum and i don’t correctly understand everything
This morning i made a custom Velcro Strap if it can interest anyone
-
@g287-sf
but how do you now tie your skis together? -
@freeheeler i don’t tie them, i live at 30min from the beach
-
@g287-sf
lucky you -
-
@mff73
yes that’s true… but I would also like to surf more and get a bit away from being the pure beginner who is somewhere between whitewaterwarrior and only tiny green waves -
@freeheeler honestly i’m in love with hiking in moutain but everytime 4h of cars. And beach is cool but in summer to many tourists, insane trafic and to hot for me, i’m closer to the polar bear than seal

In Europe, I’ve found this diving equipment vendor located in Netherlands selling them : https://www.sublub.nl/en/product/54705/suunto-24mm-athletic-6-loop-strap-kit-d5-red-m.html
I think they’re ordering it directly from official retailer when you order it yourself on the website. Mine got around a week/a week and half to arrive ! Velcro straps are indeed game changing !

@tom They just cancelled my order and returned the money. No longer available.

@brunoh wich one did you buy?
-
@ad1411 This is the basic Hook Strap Classic; black with red stitches and brushed silver hardware.
-
@brunoh what’s the size of the pin? 24mm?
-
@ad1411 yes, S9B uses 24mm pins, but the just any 24mm pins won’t fit. Nick Mankey shipped this strap with “standard” pins and they are way too flimsy; Suunto uses thicker ones. I bought a used silicon strap (genuine Suunto) and harvested the pins for this.
