@basetta79 on the app click on the watch icon in home, then on the three dots at the top right corner, and then “Send logs to Suunto”.

@basetta79 and tell him the time you sent the logs, and your account.

I have the same problem… Every now & then this - rabbit jumping left and right - is shown on my route… Or a straight line is shown… Whats going on here?

@mountaineerx that looks like a very difficult GPS spot. Where were you? Under a cliff maybe? Chimney? Or did you put your hands somewhere? Backpack, rock?

@mountaineerx unfortunately it is how the technology works. Maybe with a large receiver, like a handheld device, but I have seen tracks from the Himalaya with handheld devices where the track would move hundreds of meters up and down on difficult spots. I have tracks where I am climbing narrow chimneys with both Suunto and Garmin and they look a bit like that.

This unless you tell me that you were just walking in a very open space in that point, because that should not happen in the open 🙂

@isazi if i remember correctly, it was on an open area between the mountains ( i have glonass ON ) on the snow just walking toward the goal… Yes the glowe was covering the watch, but i think that shouldn’t be a problem🙂…

@mountaineerx gloves should not be a problem, I often wear my watch under a jacket, especially if mountaineering. Strange then, maybe you were searching for something in your backpack and had your hands inside?
