@George-Adams did you pair your watch with phone (in phone settings) prior to trying to pair inside the app ? In android (no iphone here), it should not be done like this. Unpair phone/watch, check in watch that no mobileapp is already paired, and try to pair directly in app.

@Bogdan1921 hello I’m interested in the answer but from what inexperienced it seems to be an iOS limitation for non Apple Watch I’ve tried garmin coros and Suunto and they all offer some app plus all (the some apps differ) I would like to have only phone calls and critical notifications from my home assistant on my watch but never manage to do it except on Apple Watch

@peegee I am not having an issue sharing with another iPhone user, I just did this yesterday. What is sent from the saved route is a link to the file, not the file itself. That might be an issue. You can send it to yourself and download the file then send the file. Also tell your users to download the linked file when selecting the link.

@boydggb82 Same here. In my case the data is not lost; but not showing up in the App home screen feed.

@leinsters If you mean single points (called “Points of Interest” - “POIs” in the Suuntosphere; “Waypoints” are Routes-only), you can delete one by selecting the unwanted POI via the planning screen’s Library button and then the Edit button on the POI’s individual entry. So Map->Library->POIs tab->unwanted POI entry->Edit->Delete [at the bottom]

@peegee Those messages are very probably staged and for sure Language dependent in some cases (eg. polls) so you may receive it in the next days … I modified the tile as it was misleading

I was experiencing exactly this for months. I was not able to setup and/or install some apps, always crashing. I was going mad with it. As an iOS software developer, I know how difficult it is an app to crash nowadays. I was wondering why no-one else were mentioning this issues. Was this a “just me” problem? Then, I decided to delete the app and install again. It solved the issues. My gut feeling is that somehow I ended up having inconsistent or corrupted data somewhere (local db, filesystem, some kind of cache) meaning syncing was not working properly. Delete and install again wipes out the local storage.

I think I solved it myself. In IOS18 you can lock Apps and I did exactly that with WhatsApp. That’s why new messages would not show up on my Suunto Race. Let’s see what happens tomorrow when the first messages drop in…

@sc_manning Mine works well, make sure notifications are allowed in the watch/app and the BT stack on the iPhone… To see notifications on the watch they must appear on your lock screen.

@Mango I have iOS version 18.3.1 on my iPhone14 / Suunto App 2.41.0 and no crash issue. Can you update your iOS and let us know if the problem persists? @Stefan-Radtke yes, record your Zwift activity on your Suunto watch instead of importing the Zwift or corresponding Strava activity. That is anyway what the watch + app is designed to do and requires no 3rd party syncing solution All your fitness related data will then get properly handled without weird TSS and calorie estimates.
