@larrybbaker Sounds good! With this setup I could measure my HRV at rest with the MR7, get my intensity zones limits and duration per zone weekly from the Morpheus App. Update these in my Suunto Baro 9. Train during the week with MR7 belt + Suunto watch, get my training logs in the Suunto App AND offload my MR7 logs post training to the Morpheus App. The nice thing about this setup is that I don’t need to change the BT pairings as I will have Suunto watch paired with Suunto App and MR7 paired with Morpheus App. Comments?

@Durri Well I have read it, also - “This setting is currently available for Suunto 3 and Suunto 5.” Same goes for the other band, of course any movement contributes, but it is just too sensitive. I am just saying Sunnto should tweak that part better, in the upcoming FWs, hopefully.

@kurko said in [Feature Request S9]: button lock to home screen: Getting back to this discussion as I realised why this is happening to me and maybe not to all other S9’s: my S9 Baro Titanium has different buttons than S9 in general, which makes the faulty presses happen. Titanium has longer buttons. I have a S9Ti as well and this never occurs in watch mode but likely differences in anatomy…should be implemented to help those that have this issue. Voted. Votes matter…

@MeMyself-I said in Is it possible to enter gps coordinates as POI?: hi, thanks for the quick reply. As fare as I am aware the data from movescout cannot be transferred to S9 easily ? is this still correct? What do you mean? Which data?

@Brad_Olwin if the OHR is working well on the S7, hope that Suunto will upgrade the next gen S9 with this new OHR sensor.

@Audaxjoe is it for me ? Anyway … you said that the waypoint count was 0 … but the count you see in the navigation screen is for POI not for Waypoints (that’s basically what generated confusion) so I just pointed out the typo with a smiley face

@pacos said in Gps with navigation map: @Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos thanks for the info. This would be really a great improvements to maximize the use of fused-track. Fair enough if would set GPS in best mode in navigation screen when consulting, but then switching in the selected mode of the activity (endurance, ultra) when looking at other screens. And if this happens also for the altitude screen this is outstanding, as in races with high elevation profiles, it’s very useful keeping focused the altitude screen Thanks Paolo That is correct, and since @Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos already stated this I can say it is working as stated. If you are on the Route screen or Altitude profile screen the watch will switch to best GPS, when on other screens the watch will switch back to FusedTrack.

@fazel thank you for your feedback, mine arrived today. I have the idea to wear it on the same front arm as my watch so it should be perfect. At first i want a classic one but for hiking it should bored me with my backpack sternum strap. So i prefer this one and charge it by night at my base Camp.

@stefan-kersting that is true, there is actually more accurate (IMHO) algorithm already developed and published in S3, but since we got a lot user feedback that it gives too little steps (when users got used to get plenty, the more accurate was not appreciated, may be target group issue too) there has not been a decision to push it to other watches. (offtopic, I’ve been moved to other tasks quite a while ago so I’m not too active in this forum, sry)

@stefan-kersting so while the activity is going on the watch adds data to the “activity file”, such as elevation, coordinates, HR, etc. At the end it computes some statistics and adds them to a header. What I understand is that in case the watch experience a crash, you end up with empty or incomplete header. Now SA and other applications can compute some stuff on their own, but for some things they rely on the header. This is why you have some data but not all of them.

@suzzlo No, I’m not. It’s just a net from a mobile provider T-Mobile, so it’s like using net through sim on phone. Every other connections works ok, Bitdefender in-out for SuuntoLink and Update.exe also enabled. And it did worked earlier pretty good.
