    @badreed Unfortunately, S9P cannot broadcast its HR measurements. That’s something I’d love to have, it would allow me to get rid of an external HR monitor on my long bike rides and still have HR displayed on my bike computer (Karoo2).

    @fritzbt2013 no, it’s only one sensor per group. I guess you could pair one as a cadence sensor and one as a Powermeter though. You would however get different metrics shown on the watch.

    @optics-field-test said in Alti / Baro not getting it right: In your case, perhaps set you watch to manual tracking only the Barometer and monitor. I am afraid you might have to wait a bit for the next big L pressure. its been a while since I used my Ambit 3 peak, but i am sure the Peak handles Alti/baro functions differently in that you cant choose the priority of either it just runs in the background fully automated. thinking about this I may even be thinking how the observer handled alti / baro functions, but that is going back near 15 years;

    @ian_la2d you can walk routes in both directions, the watch does not mind. Of course if you walk a route in one direction, stop, then start walking back it takes a little bit to detect that you are willingly going the opposite direction. But after few hundred meters it works again.

    @dimitrios-kanellopoulos Thanks very much for the fast reply. I am of course aware of the “different framerate issue” when recording screens with a camera. I just posted the video link to emphasize my point. It’s actually how i see it in real. (with my eyes and so…) Maybe it’s just me (issue with my eyes maybe …hopyfully not ) or an issue with my device. But i don’t have this problem with the white training theme on a spartan ultra. Only on the 9peek. But it’s interesting that you don’t have this issue. Thanks for the clarification. (I know this is again a video link, but the 9peek display and the 9baro display seem to behave different (different frame rates… or i don’t know…): see this video for example …but again …i only notice the flickering on white background. )

    @isazi Thanks all - uninstalling the app / re installing and logging in brought the data back and enabled me to sync again. Others: hanks for the tip of just having the APP pair and not the phone. Steve M.

    @zhang965 I run my 5k in 40 minutes in zone 3 at about 143bpm and my fat burning is off the roof. The zone you are running is in eating in to your carbs rather then fat. From I can see your a serious runner so this is expected at rate you run.

    @isazi tx - tried it, it still showing up as a confused no gps ‘hike’ at the time of the swim on Friday, with hiking stats and no track. I sent ‘contact support’ request from my app as well as logs, will see if Suunto gets back to me. Thanks anyway

    @egika thanks for the reply. well, using the watch for every run should give enough data to calculate the zones, i just wanted to be sure, so that i don’t miss something…

    The slow start is due to loading the activity screens. There was always this issue especially when switching activity types. The timer should though count correct. Regarding the GPS logging typically around second 1-10 it logs the first sample and that depends on the quality and speed. I hope it helps.

    @chris-white I’d also keep an eye on FB Marketplace to make sure your S9P finder doesn’t try and sell it there. There’s one for sell on there right now. https://www.facebook.com/marketplace/item/917113989232500/

    @ramrod Garmin Fenix (and a lot of other models) have a Breathwork activity, which includes around 5 different exercises. The exercises are guided by vibration (only issue is that sometimes you can barely feel it, as they alter the vibration depending on whether its an inhale, exhale or hold). The range from 5mins to 16mins; only pity is that you cannot create your own plan and sync it. Measures Stress (HRV) impact, respiration rate (not sure why as not your normal rate, but useful to see if you are syncing correctly according to the planned breath rate, stress, and HR (SPO2 isn’t recorded - as per other comments - though I suppose you could take a manual reading prior and post activity). If your stress gets too high you will get a notification and suggestion to run a breathwork activity. Personally I tend to run them prior to bed, as do find it reduces my time to fall asleep, and also have better stress levels during my sleep.
