@igortd there is a chat in the app, but if you are not using it a pop-up should be in the contact page in the website. If you have some ad-block it may interfere with it.
@sartoric I did that, I tried everything. I managed to update it through Suunto link though which is a feature I didn’t know and it’s not mentioned clearly anywhere
I’ve received an answer form the support:
“Thank you for reaching our Suunto support channel and sharing your inquiry with us. Our apologies about what happened with your D5.
Your safety is our priority during diving. We highly recommend to have us check the dive computer for you just to be sure.”
So I have to send it back. Maybe they can find out what the problem is.
I don’t own a D5 , but , have you tried a soft reset ?
I suppose it’s the same as Spartans.
Just keep the upper button pressed for 12 sec, but check the manual to be sure
