Vo2 max

Hey all. I’m new to this forum and have just become the proud owner of a Suunto 7. I am well happy with this device so far.
I have a quick question for you all, can anyone suggest or is anyone using an app for Vo2 and Vo2 Max? I am using one that I can put all the details in manually, but would be interested if there is one that can take the data directly from this watch.Thanks a mill in advance!!

@stuart-wright I don’t know of any app, but I use the runalyze.com website. It connects to the Suunto service and after a run it will give you a Vo2Max estimation.

@tyresej4 depends on my use. I’m getting anything between 18-24 hrs. Using notifications for email and WhatsApp, doing light workouts twice a day, and using sleep recording. I have the GPS set to the lower setting as its not really necessary to have it very accurate for what I’m doing for now.
I have uninstalled you tube music, and haven’t used Spotify yet…only have the watch a couple of weeks.
