@BinoWorld-UK same here. Also when resources don’t look right I know something is gnarly.

@BinoWorld-UK Frankly speaking I’m not a fan of resources, I deactivated the tile a long time ago, usually showed me undervalored values. I saw like numbers but not reflected my real body resources. I’m normally training at afternoon-night, and now I feel at 150% (8AM) but resources displays 13% 🤕

Some funny happen to me few weeks ago: I was out of training due to injury. It had been a little over 20 days since I did anything, but nothing. And the S7 shows me after woke up that my resources are low by yesterday training… 😲

Maybe I need to give a 2nd chance.

@flypg Body resources works for me very well.

I wear my watch 24/7 hence why my resources are accurate. It won’t work very well if you wear the watch intermittently. I’m my case today it shows zero as I had the worst nigh ever.

Body resources is based on your HRV hence why it needs to be worn all day for accurate tracking.

Two days ago I slept just under 8 hours which is a long sleep for me, but my resources only climbed by 20% which was an indication that I was coming down with something.

Give it a chance and you will be supposed how well it works.

@BinoWorld-UK When I had Covid last year, my resources were almost 0% for a week. At most got few % of recovery during night, but also, min HR during sleep was around 60 (usually it’s around 40, sometimes even less).

@Metalmi same here, my RH throughout the day went form 54bpm to 74bpm and after few days my resources continued to be low barely gaining 5% during my sleep.

I think Suunto Body resources algorithm works very well in detecting HRV and then interpreting it in %

Worth mentioning that wearing the watch consistently tend to give accurate results.

                Thanks for sharing your experience.

Thanks to your thread I re-added the Resources Tile.
Yes, I’m wearing my S7 all the time and only not use when it’s charging.
Today in the morning my resources are at 1%…
But today it’s logic, I feel like this 🤕 (yestarday had a long hard & training late on the night, few hours of bad sleep as result of the hard training, etc).
Nothing that cannot be solved with 4 cups of espresso 😊
                  Thanks!

@flypg Hope you feel better and recovers soon enough! Eventually the S7 resources will climb up as your HR goes down. It’s important to rest if you are feeling tired or coming down with an illness. The S7 HRV measurement is accurate and need time to calculate your resources. Also, you can add the Google fit HR tile as it’s displays your Resting HR. It’s extremely accurate when compared to my AW S6.Both read the same RHR. RHR going down expect resources to start improving 🙂
