This is my first post - it’s a good start to say hello to the community 🙂

I would like to ask about real measurements of 24/7 HR monitoring.
I’ve noticed - I don’t know if this is supposed to be the case, or if it’s a strange behavior on my watch, that the HR refreshes in a cycle every 10 minutes - the LEDs light up and the HR measurement is checked.
On the other hand, the HR measurement is refreshed except for that time when I switch with the lower right key - then after a few seconds the HR is refreshed.
Other than these actions, I have the impression that my HR is constant until this 10 minute cycle.
Curious me - is this the correct behavior of the watch, or is something wrong?
Of course, I have enabled HR checking 24/7 in the options.
Should the green LEDs be on all the time, or do they light up cyclically?

No, that would eat your battery 😁
I guess that it’s explained somewhere in the manual

      SSSWHR BARO Amber - 2.8.32
      Samsung A5 2016 - Android 7.0
      Samsung A33 2022 - Android 14 - One UI 6.1
