        Try this

Plug in the watch to the PC and open Suuntolink

        • When the watch is recognized, press the three horizontal lines symbol on the top right.
        • Go to watches.
        • You will find the watch name there.
        • Click many times on the name (5 should be enough, but keep pressing until a checkbox appears)
        • A checkbox will appear. It will say to “Put the watch to deep sleep after reset”.
        • Check the checkbox, and then click on “reset all settings” above it.
        • Follow the instructions.
        • Let the watch go to deep sleep.
        • Unplug the watch and then plug it in again: if this worked, it should start again from the original boot and it should then work normally.

The steps described are indications of official assistance, but I really believe that your 9B must necessarily take a ride in assistance. 😞

@zadow Suunto’s tech support usually is very good. 4 months out of warranty will be a good reason to still get the watch repaired or replaced for free.
Just reach out for support through the app or through their website.

@Saketo-Nemo More or less good news!
I took the watch to the local Suunto service. There is authorized Suunto service in Prague). They diagnosed them and did the waterproof test which failed. For sure some humidity got in and caused these troubles. In January this year they were replacing buttons on my watch, so they acknowledged that it could be the root cause and agreed to repair the watch in warranty. Even more, they gave me a spare watch for the time being, so I can continue in my trainings while watch is in repair service. They didn’t have to do that but I must looked really sad and the guy maybe saw nearly tears in my eyes. So he gave me the spare watch. Well, I am happy for the moment that my precious S9b Ironman edition (hopefuly) are not gone forever… 🙂

And i’m happy for you too. If it was under warranty in January, sure, then the watch is under warranty now as well.

And also great for spare watch and especially for your training. I have one of the 1406 jewels too and I love it, it’s a beautiful watch!
