B9B crashes

Hi,
Lately my S9B crashes during exercice. The screen stay blank ( because I use the mode to switch off the screen ) and I cannot get it back.
I use personal mode where I remove bluetooth and wirst heart rate and switch off screen after a while.

The first time 3 month ago, it crashed I have used a S+ ( Weather ).
Yesterday the watch crash twice, firstly at the begining of my run and the second after 25h of exercise.

The last crash I could terminate the exercice by pressing button in blind mode. But the 2 other crashs I have to reset the watch ( 3 buttons pressed during 20 or 30 secondes) and I lost all the exercice.

My problem is to determine if it’s a hardware problem or a firmware. I think it’s the second option. Is someone encounter this problem ?

Do you know if suunto have an official known bug place ?

My S9B firmware is 2.26.8.
