Problem with multimedia control with s9

Hello, I have a Samsung A40 with Android 11 and S9. The Suunto application synchronizes with the watch and downloads activities, but the multimedia control function does not work. I have the message on the screen: No media found. I want to control Spotify. What am I doing wrong? I performed a soft restart of the watch. Watch software version 2.26.8. Media control and mobile notifications option enabled.
