      Hi Alex,

what do you mean exactly? Do you mean how many and what sport modes you can find on the watch? Easy to find in the app when you try do make a new sport mode. Do you have a moves count account? Then you could easy find them on the moves count website.

Well, I don’t think it exists.
Out of curiosity, why you need it?

Just select what you’re going to do 🙂

@sartoric last Saturday i run where there are a number of ups and downs. i choose exercise “Running (Basic)”
and i notice that was record 0 ascent. and its not make sense.
so i thought maybe Running (Trail) exercise will record ascent.

              Thanks

There is a sort of altitude threshold (maybe 1 or 2 meters) that are non evaluated as a real ascent/descent.

As far as I remember, asc/desc are tracked for all the outdoor sports, for sure those running/hiking/biking ones

@sartoric The threshold is 3 meters. If you watch the elevation gain closely during a run you can see that it increments in at least 3 meters (or 10 feet). That is the reason Suunto’s elevation gain is always a bit short when running on rolling terrain.
