@Speed-Man according to the release notes of Joaquin in the Spanish telegram forum, now you should be able to see POI in maps

@Speed-Man a user on r/Suunto reported the following:
• The default button preference is now set to “Turn screen on/off,” including on the exercise preparation screen.
• Faster synchronization with the Suunto app.
• Maps+++: now display generic points of interest (POIs) and place names; the current location icon has also been improved.
• Message notifications now display the title.
• The watch no longer locks during an exercise, even when not being worn.~~Official changelog
Staged update starting on October 27th, 2026
This update brings new features, improvements and bug fixes:- Tsaigu live exercise data support
- Faster syncing with Suunto App

- Reduced the size of the position and heading indicator for a clearer map view
- Improved on-wrist detection during exercises

afaic, I can confirm that sync is faster, and I’m pleased they’ve sorted out the issue of the lock during an activity. If I may make a suggestion, I’d like to see the climb guidance included in Run 2 as well, just as they were in Run 1
