Change altimeterprofile in sportmodes possible?

Is it possible to to switch altimeterprofile in the SA? I have problems with fake ascent and descent values, the descent gets a few meters everytime I take a small break while hiking upwards. This is quite annoying, and I was told to switch to altimeter mode (and not automatic) when I still could use Movescount, but now I can’t find the option in SA. The watch is S9 Baro.

not as far as I know. The option disappeared in SA.
