Metric to Imperial Setting

Every time I change my setting from metric to imperial… it goes keeps going back to metric.
Does anyone know how to keep it from switching?

@Captbrad It sounds like you have metric set with a sync service, are you using SA alone? Is the app set to Imperial in settings as well as the watch? The watch is in General/Settings/Language/Unit System.

Yes its set to imperial on the watch (suunto 9). After I close the app on my phone it the app switches back to metric on the app.

I have the same problem. S5 with measurement units on the watch set to imperial. Every time I open the SA, the measurement units are in metric and must be changed in the settings menu. Also, the altitude source field is set by default to Barometer, but the S5 does not have a barometer. I have to change the altitude source setting to GPS every time I open the app.

the altitude source in SA is only for recordings with your phone.
