Suunto,

I am a Ambit3 Run user:

Currently I need to use Movescount to configure Watch settings, Sportmodes and Sport Mode specific setting (watch faces etc) and HR zones.

When will users of older units be able to do this on the new SA? It get quite frustrating pairing and unpairing your watch your between the two APP’s.

Please assisst

In those threads there’s no answer for “when” …
But you shouldn’t need to un-pair & pair when switching between apps, turn BT off, kill one app, start another and let it turn on BT again. This should be enough in most cases, sometimes needs a retry or two, but is still faster than going through pairing / unpairing constantly.
At least that’s what I do with my A3P (Android 9)

But you won’t get any different answers in a new thread.
ATM there are workarounds available, not a solution yet.

Correct.
But sending someone to read 350 posts to reach that same conclusion?

Because there is no WHEN but there are a lot of info that a user (maybe) would find useful if read and of course if people would use the search function they would discover that there is no WHEN
