Movescount after export

Guys, explain me pls one thing. Ive connected Movesount to Suunto App. My Movescount import is completed. Accidentaly I had to use my Ambit2 few times again. And the question is if those new moves are imported to Suunto App automaticaly also or shall I “import them mannualy” to SA?

Movescount connection is not a real connection but a one shot all activity sync.
Your new acivities won’t sync to SA, and no way to resync another time --> yes, manual import

Thanks a lot, I thought so. Is there any way to mannually import also maps in eg gpx? I guess… Well Ill figure it out. Thank you.
