Where are the steps

It records the steps on my watch, but I don’t see them in the Movescount app.The watch type is Traverse Alpha.

@jahtba Traverse and Ambit can’t upload steps to the app - neither to Movescount nor to the newer Suunto App.

Interestingly, it records the data on a daily basis, but just missing the download to the app isn’t going away. There is probably no data to back the clock either. Thanks for the response I was expecting.
