Is there anyy Official info how to move all data from Movescount to Suunto App?

    @karel-louda no idea if it could work: creating new SA account and linking with MC?

      It won’t work as MC account is then flagged as synced.
      It is technically feasible for Suunto to unflag and let a second sync (done for me after some sync test before official release) , but surely they don’t want to do it for everyone request it.

          I’ve transferred my moves from Movescount to Suunto App but there’s some issue. All my moves from 22/03/2017 untill now have been transferred correctly but no moves from 06/04/2016 until 21/03/2017. There are more than 130 moves that still have to be transferred. I’ve been using my Suunto Ambit 3 Peak and don’t want to change it to any other brand. I’m trying to transfer moves once again but the app doesn’t allow it. It’s intended to be done only once. Is there any chance Suunto alows me to do it again or do it for me? I don’t want to lose more than 130 moves.

            Your moves from MC are not lost 🙂
            Do you receive the mail from Suunto stating that transfer is completed ? If not, it could take still sometime to complete.
            But if yes, you have have an issue.

              you’ve got an ambit and as I remember the full transfer from MC to SA is not open yet for users with older watches.
              I could also only transfer activities until January 2018, when ambit was my only watch. Everything before was not transferred.
              When I logged in with my new S9B I could start the entire transfer.

                @Mff73 I got an e-mail from Suunto confirming the transfer has been accomplished. There’s definitely an issue. Unfortunately there’s no other way to tranfer moves to Suunto App because SA doesn’t have such feature as “import workouts from GPX files”.

                  So yes, it looks like an issue.
                  Then I think, @Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos is the only master to advice if a support ticket is worth.

                      Not nothing, but it misses 130 moves during a date range.

                            Please consider that accounts MC and SA are not really “connected” but more consider that you have triggered the “OneShot full transfer” from MC to SA.
                            No new moves from movescount will be transfered, it is not a connection, not a sync link.

                            For your case, only support can analyze your missing moves and see what to do.

                                        @Mff73 I contactet support 3 months ago. Every month they get back to me thanking for my patience and asking the same questions:
                                        OS version
                                        Suunto App version
                                        Movescount version
                                        etc.
                                        They’ve done nothing so far to help me. I’m afraid there’s no way to transfer missing moves from Movescount to Suunto App. I’m very dissapointed with their support and I’m considering changing my watch and buying some product from competition as I’ve lost my moves, anyhow. I don’t understand their attitude to their customers. Somebody buys a Suunto device, uses it, they change software, you loose your moves and what they say? They don’t care 🙂

                                          I’m not sure if the complete upload of MC history to SA is “already” open for Ambit series… but when I was still using my Ambit only, I noticed anything before 2018 was not loaded into SA.
                                          I would not worry too much yet.
                                          You still see your data in MC, right?
