Finding moves in my area

@Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos I was always a little ambivalent about this feature, to be honest. On the one hand it could be incredibly convenient to just highlight a route someone else ran, upload it to your watch, and go.
On the other hand, yikes. It’s the sort of thing that you could easily imagine a stalker loving. When this feature is brought back, how does Sports Tracker/Suunto plan to implement it?
It seems to me that the ideal way to do it would be to not have those runs directly connected to specific people, like show it on the map as, “here’s a route someone did recently,” rather than, “here’s a route this person did at this exact date and time.” -
@ianshowalter its a public activity. You can set the privacy to non public and that activity wont be listed. I am not sure why this can be an issue.
-
@Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos Got it. Private activities won’t show up. Thanks!
-
@ianshowalter same applies to heatmaps. Just saying…
-
@Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos When this public exercise explore will return? It has been un-working about 6 months
-
@Rami-Kaunisto It was working in October, I used it.
-
@isazi Ok, I tried it summer and autumn many times. Now, I have tried it many times in last weeks but did not working. Not in Suunto app or Sport tracker app. I tried also Sport tracker web site but did not work either. Somthing broked in server sides.
-
@Rami-Kaunisto yes, been already discussed, @Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos says it is being worked on and should be back for good in the next future.
-
@Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos do you have any info of when this feature will return?
-
@tseik no my friend sorry. I will have to ask doing that now
-
@tseik very soon. Maybe this week already.

@Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos
Only for Android or IOS too ? -
@omunoz IOS I don’t think it’s supported.
The feature has been turned off server side.
So , without beeing 100% sure I think iOS needs to implement the feature right ?
