I’ve just finished the long run and connected my Suunto9 to the laptop for syncing and charging.
The SuuntoLink offered me to update the watch which I did.
Sadly, this action left my run sitting on the watch and not syncing to the Movescount at all.

    What I have tried:

    1. Restarting the watch
    2. Restarting the SuuntoLink
    3. Adding one more workout (it is syncing, the run is not)

I guess the run was flagged as synced by the update procedure accidentally. Is there a way to force sync the move?

No there is no way to force sync the data are gone.

Before the update there is a kinda almost blocking text that notifies you that you have unsynced moves.

Wasn’t that message appearing for you?

@Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos I may have missed it, also there’s a huge banner urging me to switch to Suunto App, which cannot be closed, so I guess that was too much information.
And yeah, I kinda guessed there’s no way to get this data.

@Nik-Ska yeah I know what you mean. I am also not in favor of the UI to be honest. I have lost moves many times due to the same reason.

The post was mine, and since I was posting basically the same thing at the same time as @Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos, I deleted it
