Suunto 5 notifications - Only vibrations

Hello there,

I bought Suunto 5 watches (installed latest update 2.11.38) for my wife and there are two small issues.
But:

When I have set up in Tons/Alarms/Vibrations only watches still notificates with both alarm - vibration + tons. It’s impossible to change it. I tried reinstall, change to another options but the result is the same. Have anyone the same problem?
All notifications from the mobile (Samsung Galaxy S6, Android8) work properly. Only from Outlook doesn’t work. Everything that is to be set is set. What’s the problem?

I have Suunto 9 and everything works fine.

Any ideas? Thank you.
