    I’m afraid your question is bit vague. Do you mean you only have RUNNING and no TRAIL RUNNING under EXERCISE menu? Ambit3 Peak default sport modes do not include Trail Running, you first need to add it through movescount.com

      That’s It. The “Trail Running” option doesn’t exist in the Exercise Menu, and I want to add it. What are the parameters to include in the Trail Running exercise? Ex. Speed, average, altitude, D+, D-, etc…? Thank you.

              Thank you.

              I don’ feel comfortable, to do it.
              For example, Suunto 9, have the “trail running” exercise. If someone can send me all the original parameters. I just do a “copy/paste”, to my suunto ambi3 peak.

                @psnunes
                Begin with duration + ascent + distance + heart rate if needed, descent could be good in subsidiary screen, altitude if relevant for your, lap ascent speed average is nice if you plan to challenge yourself in some ascent.
                But basically, begin with some metrics, and see which one you miss while running.
                Unless you are so interesting to have plenty of fields during workout, you will find yourself your perfect setting. It is your user journey with it 😊

                  well … Trail Running should be available in the “other” list
                  You should be able to choose it from movescount and add it to the “short list” too

                    Just take Running and switch activity type to Trail Running. If you think you messed up, just click on “restore default values” and start over. You could also create 9 other trail running modes (max number of active sport modes in A3P is 10) with different screens and test those out during your next run to see how they feel - you can switch sport modes without stopping your activity. After some time you probably want to stick with just few screens and fields.
