Fehler.

      Hi Chriisii
it’s very helpful if you would explain your issues in english 🙂
If the issues with your watch exist after it was in service in Vantaa, I assume it’s related to the HR belt.
Please search the forum for your other topics or describe them as much in detail as possible. I think we could solve most of the issues within this forum.

I assume that the external HF-sensor does not work properly, and it might be, that the watch is not/has never been out of order. Due to that no reliable HF values are received and the watch is unable to estimate several numbers (Fitness Level, etc etc). I recommend to temporarily use the internal HF sensor (OHR), and if this works better it is time to buy a new HF sensor.

and in addition, as we do not know details about his issues: run at least 15min in various HR zones… plus make sure the HR belt does not get greetings from Mr. Nikola Tesla due to a dry sport shirt…
plus correct settings etc etc, there are many things that can be/go wrong

The heart rate sensor was also sent in. The sensor was replaced on the conveyor. If, for example, as well as yesterday, I ride a round MTB, I start with mountain biking training, first the heart rate sensor (next to the heart symbol) is displayed, as soon as I click on start it does not find a pulse.
Furthermore, the fitness level is also not working properly. Either it is not shown to me at all, or it remains the same value for days (although I do a different sport every day, from circles to a racing bike, MTB, etc.), this cannot be true either. The fitness level is not displayed in the Suunto app.

@Chriisii21 Regarding heart rate, and having also a S9 baro I do not have face problems using a Polar H10 strap or Suunto Smart Sensor. Are you sure that is tight enough or wet? Could be that when you are in the MTB it moves and loses contact? Is the battery new?

Regarding the fitness level, in my case is quite reliable but a few hints: Define correctly max heart rate and rest heart reate. As far as I know it only works with “running” activities (running, trail running, etc…). Besides if your heart rate is not measured correctly it will give bad/false values.
