Why do I have 'how was it?' stupidity?
-
@Droro just disable the feeling at the activity prestart screen
-
@Droro and btw this is a great way to “track your fitness”.
-
… and stop smoking joint before posting
-
@Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos but why does it help to track fitness?
-
@Droro Hard Workout + Feel Good -> Fitness
Easy Workout + Feel Bad -> Fitness -
@johann-fuehrer bad mood = bad feeling even if kipchoge is a turtle next to me.
-
@Droro I thought it was clear that here the feeling about your workout is meant and not your general feeling because your girlfriend quit i.e.
-
@johann-fuehrer She didn’t “quit”. It was MUTUAL. I’m totally over it and don’t need my watch harping on about it.
-
@johann-fuehrer what is a girlfriend?
-
I find feeling useful to track my recovery from foot injury. Bad feeling = more pain and poor gait / good feeling = less pain and good gait.
-
Yup as others stated.
I even like to put a feeling on my stretching excersiss to indicate if I feel an injury going better or no.
-
Another case.
I run slow pace but I feel like shit, HR is high. I put a bad feeling then.
In this way I can track feelings on my app, and understand how I am performing
-
@Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos how do you track feeling on the app? Is there a graph?
-
@Droro I do it on my website. Quantified Self.
-
There was something on MC too
Maybe there will be on SA in the future -
@Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos pretty cool
-
@Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos no poor workouts!!! When summer comes, I always have worst performance (due hot)
