      Hi all,
I have problem with my suunto HR belt. I don’t understand why, but sensor sends to a watch bad data. Not always, but often, many times it changes during exercise. I searched on the internet a lot, I changed batteries, wash belt and clean the pads, cleaned the contacts, reset a watch, unpair/pair belt. Sometimes it helps, but if so, just for a while. I understand, if helps battery replacement or contacts cleaning, but how is possible, that during one training the sensor sends good and bad data and it changes several times. Do you have any idea? Below is a graph from my today’s exercise.
      Thank you for help,
      Peter

@peterdupac I don’t want to give bad news, but I’m afraid your strap started to fail. My second one also failed recently. You should try to replace just the strap with the new model or try another HR belt from other brands.

@andrasveres Thank you for this tip! I have 2 sensors (and 2 belts) and have been wondering for weeks why one, sometimes the other, sometimes neither works. That was the solution 🙂

@peterdupac just so you know, the new improved straps have the area where you connect the sensor in white, not in black.

@andrasveres it seems, that new strap helped, I made a exercise and HR didn’t jump out of the range I think is OK, thank you for your advice
@isazi I can confirm, that new belt arrived with white area around the connector
