Electrical buzzing sounds when HR tracker is on

Not too sure if this is normal, or if I’ve just never noticed this but when my HR tracker is on it sounds like a faint electrical buzzing.

Is this normal or should I return my watch?
It’s only about 3 months old.

Mine buzzes too, when green lights are on, but only if I put it next to ear - I’m hearing it from 5cm or so.

You can hear a flebile ticking if you put it really close to your ear, due to the flashing diode … but buzzing can be an electric issue
