    Hi,

A couple of days ago, I got my renewed Suunto 9, but I can not pair the watch with SA - the watch is not listed on the iPhone Bluetooth devices list… and SA is informing me that I have to turn on Bluetooth 😧

Yes - I did everything that is listed on the Suunto support page - didn’t help
Yes - my iPhone XR is up to date

P.S. On my old Samsung Galaxy SA works fine 😖

    Any help?

@Kamil-K go to watch settings and remove the Suunto App from BT devices. Make sure the watch is not on your BT list on the phone. There is nothing wrong with the phone. Mine words with iPhoneX and iPhone 12Pro.

@Kamil-K also reboot watch. And don’t try to pair via bt only via the app

Thank you for your answer. As I mentioned I did this, but I tried once again - nothing… I don’t see watch on the list in SA 😞

It works! What I did - I allowed SA to use Bluetooth on Bluetooth sharing app in iPhone (Privacy).

            😅
