Today I received my device from the Service Center. They had changed the optical sensor. Unfortunally now it doesn’t turn on without the cable. Any suggestions? Thanks

@agnes-papp not entirely clear on what the issue is. Could you explain your issue better? What do you mean by “turn on"?

@Brad_Olwin if it is connected to a PC or a Power bank, it turns on and works, but when I unplug it from the cable, it turns off. iDon’t gives amy signs of life.

@Brad_Olwin connected to the PC it seems full of charge, but there is no way to turn it on without the cable.

not good. sounds as your watch wants to travel back to the service center 😞
I would get in touch with them again.
The only thing I remember that I saw in this forum was to reflash firmware… I never did that on my watch, you can search for it as a last resort… unless @Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos has another idea ✊

@freeheeler thanks, I agree with you about a “new trip” for the Service Center … I contacted them by phone, today send my watch back. Unfortunally it will not return to Finland but to an another place in Slovenija.

I’m holding thumbs that they can solve it.
My wife once had a new out of the box faulty A3R. It was fully charged and after few minutes of use it showed 3% of battery… she could start an activity and it would last for how long the battery normally would last but always showed 3%. When it came back from service it was solved. Never had an issue with Suunto since.
