    Hi,

I just bought a Suunto 7 from the biggest online retailer in my country and the box had no seals.

The charging cable has 2 plastic seals but it can be used to charge the watch without removing the seals.

The watch has the plastic protection on screen and on heart rate sensor but the one from the screen has some air bubbles.

The strap has a very strong smell of something like rubber combined with room air freshener.

Also, the watch came with no battery at all.

    Is this normal ?

I’m afraid it can be a used and returned unit.

    Thanks

@steff Agreed! Typically watches I order from Suunto have a decent charge, there would be no bubbles on the plastic over the screen.

Mine always came with seal closed on watch box and battery around 50-55%
