Ambit 3 peak heart rate monitor compatibility

just wondering if there were any other heart rate monitors other than the Suunto monitor that were compatible with the Ambit3 Peak? Is there some type of spec that I need to look out for?

@alun-griffiths I had an bontrager hr monitor and at the moment a wahoo tickr. Bontrager crashed during a swim in a triathlon, the wahoo survived swims. For both you don’t get hr data during the swim. For all other activities both work great.

@alun-griffiths Why not the Suunto? It does have some advantages the others do not.

I’ve seen only this one "The Suunto Smart Heart Rate Belt has an R-R memory that is used when the watch is not within reach of the Bluetooth smart radio. "As others, I have a Suunto HR Sensor but the belt went bust.
I am thinking of purchasing the new one, but it is almost the price of sensor+belt in decathlon.
Also, is this belt compatible with other bluetooth devices or just suunto?Thank you

@andré-faria the memory feature is just for Suunto watches, for the rest it’s just a standard bluetooth hr monitor so it’s compatible with lots of devices.
