I watched this video https://youtu.be/V_ZJzPRLFHw on YouTube about a training plan uploaded to the Suunto Spartan Sport? How do you do this on a Suunto 9? This is what I was asking about in my previous posts.

other good forum members already answered your question multiple times. this is not possible.
you can do a feature request and hope you’ve been heard at suunto.
