Out of curiosity … Why do you need the length?
Isn’t it enough what you can find on Suunto’s site?

@sartoric To know if the strap is overly long, if it is then the strap will extend over the watch face. I do not have big wrist. Suunto’s site does not have the length of the straps, just what wrist size. I want to be sure the strap fits, if I know the length, I can compare it to my existing watch straps. I don’t want to buy the watch and find the straps too long and have to go through the trouble of returning the watch.

        Strap width 24 mm
        Strap weight 11 g
        Fits wrist sizes 120-180 mm

@pentel I have an S7 strap and even in the tightest setting it doesn’t go over the watch display.

@pentel My problem is the exact opposite; I’d like to be able to wear my watch over the sleeve of my thick winter jacket. The default strap is not long enough.

I used to have an extension piece on my scuba diving watch, but I haven’t seen any of those yet for these sports watches. I’ve been thinking of making one myself.

@дима-мельниченко Great, this means I can safely buy the watch without the risk of having the straps extend over the watch face when worn. Thank you for your reply.

@brunoh there are extended straps available for textile versions as well as Suunto athletic 1 strap.
Those should be sufficient for over the sleeve wear. For me standart length barely suffice if I wear a thin layer.

@pentel Same sizes on both that I have:
Suunto Silicon grey strap and also measured on Suunto Textile Microfiber strap :
24x130 and 24x90mm (buckle side, shorter side).

@pentel In the case that the long side of the strap was too long, the silicon one, is very easy to cut with something very sharp like a scalpel and few minutes of patience, to recreate the shape of the end and removing the excedent.

Plenty of available options, and as quick release can also use non suunto 24mm straps.

I suggested this because none of the options is useful in case than the original one was big. The original one is 120mm+ and the “options” start in 120 or 130mm+

@aeroild The photo definitely helps. My watch measured 23cm, this watch is 26cm. Fortunately, @дима-мельниченко said at the tightest setting the strap does not go over the watch face. So I am going ahead to buy the watch.
