If you do a workout using Sunnto App with a heart rate belt for a weight lifting workout, can this synchronise to the Suunto 7 (assuming this is the only watch connected) and show up on the workouts on the watch. In addition, is a change in resources also reflected?

@kkalsi that is not possible. To get HR with an S7 you need to use OHR or a 3rd party app that will allow a belt connection.

@kkalsi you will get no added benefit from using suunto app for weight lifting (other than battery life) as all it does is duration & HR. So try other options out there that do provide a HR belt. You may have to use a sync app to get the detail back into suunto app if it doesn’t autotmatically sync into GFit or Suunto.
