      @isazi My exercises are synced to SA - That must mean that watch and phone are paired, right?
      I’m running SA version 4.45.5. According to Google Play there is no newer version.

        @mklbhm okay, strange. I don’t know many more tricks, the function always worked for me. Maybe someone else can chime in.

          Have you activated notifications on your watch and in the app? For me media control only works if this is activated.

          using a Suunto Vertical & Suunto Wings; mostly running (AKA stomping around) and cycling mostly through the northern german "wilderness"

            @shrek3k Thank you, shrek3k!! I thought all setting would be done in the watch. Now I have changed the setting in SA aswell. Now it works! #MeHappy again! 🙂

              Hello,

              If SA is not running, then the feature does not work. Maybe it is by design, I’m not sure.

                @77alex77 check that SA is allowed to run in the background, and it is not battery optimized.

                  @isazi :

                  hello. I have checked and that is the case. The only way to get the media control working with my setup is :

                  1. start SA
                  2. wait for SA synchro with my S9B
                  3. start a media player

                  If I do only 3) then I get “Media can’t be found” on the S9B. Is it normal ?

                    @77alex77 not really normal, SA should be running in background all the time.

                      @77alex77 maybe due to battery optimization? Check that, also try uninstall/reinstall.

                        Thanks all, I will recheck the SA parameters and I will tell you.

                          Hello all.

                          The issue was with my mobile. The ‘auto start’ feature for SA was not activated. Below is the tutorial I have followed for my redmi note (by discarding the step ‘App pinning / App locking’):
