    Hi,
I’ve just finished charing up my Suunto 9 Baro and noticed the screen has some issues :

    • It seems not all “pixels” are displaying, leading to a “grid” effect
    • The screen is overall very faint
    • It flickers from time to time, when updating for instance, when waking up the watch after sleep mode and sometimes even during sleep mode

Here is a photo showing some of the defect : alt text

The watch is this state cannot be used, we see almost nothing from human eyes (it’s clearer in the photo than in reality)
Some random rows of pixels are not displaying.

I tried updating the watch which stopped the flicker, and soft reset which did nothing. The screen was fine before charging it up, and has not known any impact.

I’ve been using the watch for 3 years and the warranty is not valid anymore.
Is this a known issue ? Any advices on resolving this ?

    Thanks !

@Tom could be multiple things, but doesn’t seem a software bug, so better contact support and ask.
