@dimitrios-kanellopoulos my name is Carlos, I’m from Barcelona-Spain, and I’m a trailrunner in the summer and ski mountaineer in winter, and I love racing in both disciplines. However, every year I end up running one or two road marathons too. I measure my training mainly based on vertical speed and ascent/descent, and not in horizontal distance and speed.

Hi everyone! @ramonfadli here from Malaysia. My main activities are hiking, rock climbing and scuba diving, but I use running (I prefer the trails and OCR far more than road running), calisthenics and yoga to supplement them. I am a wilderness first responder with WMA and have been trained with swiftwater rescue (RRC) so can also be found kayaking or white-water rafting every now and then. I have been using Suunto devices since 2012 (Suunto Ambit) and currently use the Suunto D4i, Wireless Transmitter, and the Suunto CB-Double In Line for diving, and the Suunto Spartan Ultra for everything else.
