I am a new user and have a couple of questions.

    1. Is it possible to navigate a route on the watch AND record the route at the same time? If so, how?
    2. While navigating a route is it possible to see:-
      a) the current time; and b) the current distance travelled; and c) current altitude?

When navigating I am currently stuck on the navigation screen.

    Thanks.

        a) you will see the time at the top of most screens but not the map screen
        b) this is a field on most standard sport modes or you can make a custom mode but not on the map screen.
        c) depends on the sport mode and not on the map screen.

          Thanks.
May I then switch between the 2 modes?

@JohnC120 you don’t need to switch modes to see what you want, you only need to rotate between screens.
            My set up is.
            First Screen basically distance
Second Screen Distance to next waypoint
            Third screen distance to end
Then forth screen is breadcrumb (no map, but easy to follow) then altitude profile
You can then move between the screens.

This is very simplified I have other data like altitude ETA ect which you can program what is important to you. And you can choose how many fields you have in each screen except the breadcrumb and altitude profile.
