Sleep Tracking - Any Issues?
-
@diveman
Yesterday i did a soft reset and i increased slightly my rest ΗR το 62, from 60It registered my sleep but for too long.
Almost 8 hours, and especially yesterday i didn’t have a good sleep due to heat.I changed the value of my RHR again to 60, to check tonight

@Desdinova said in Sleep tracking not working:
@Jose have found the fix is simple. Switch Bluetooth off on the phone and re enable it when you wake up. I think the app has a bug in that if you do get up in the middle of the night and it syncs even though the watch will change the sleep time when you wake up properly the app won’t accept it.
Since I’ve done that sleep tracking has been excellent. Hopefully an app update is soon

@diogao13 my problem is tracking sleep when I’m not…I could be reading or watching TV and it comes up as I’ve had a nap!

Hi!
It seems that my Suunto Ocean has the same problem…
I have been logging sleep fine until the last update.
I have rebooted twice but it is not recording my sleep.
Have you fixed it?
Thanks!

Same here. Since two days ago, my Ocean has stopped tracking sleep, HRV, and O2 after working perfectly for four months. I haven’t changed any settings. Very strange. Any suggestions to solve this?

My race s has stoppend logging sleep too since thursday…
Rebooting does not solve it it seems -
Yes, it’s an error in the OHR measurement. I have it on the Vertical as well. The OHR stops working and then the sleep measurement doesn’t work either when it has no data. I hope it will be fixed soon.

@martintrail maybe already next week
Edit: my answer is not about the Ocean.
