      Suunto 9 Baro App Issue

The app loads fine and I can see I’m logged into my account and can see workouts, including latest from yesterday. However, when I select the icon with my profile picture at the top left, I get an “OOPS SOMETHING WENT WRONG” message at the bottom of phone screen, and nothing else loads on the profile page.

Logging out and back in doesn’t resolve the issue. I’ve cleared the cache and data, reinstalled the app, and repaired the watch. The sync works, but the profile page still won’t load, preventing me from accessing or modifying linked accounts.

Any ideas? Is this backend issue?

To all here: all you have Android phones? What version of Android? What version of Suunto App is installed?

I have the problem with Android 7 , suunto app 4.92.5.
The problem happend after export ~16 gpx tracks continiously.

I have no problem with Android 14 , suunto 4.92.5. I did not export gpx from this phone.

@Viacheslav-Tararin the issue is related to Android version, not any actions by the user.
Android 7.x and lower versions are affected, studying options to fix the issue

As said in other similar topics

Keep in mind, that Android 7 is no longer officially supported by Suunto and things may break again for old Android phones running Android 7 and earlier versions
