      @emilia_v

      I recently asked my llm (mistral) if it is possible to do a kind of multisports training plan and if it can adapt the recommendation based on stress/load and sleep for every sport. My LLM can do this, even analyze fit files and if I had more time and suunto had an open api , I would play with data and prompting.

      My desired scenario:
      My suunto coach knows about my training load and activity (even I had 6 hours work in the garden). It asks me about my overall fitness goal (keep motivation in multisports, run faster, get muscles). This overall goal can also be on multiple sports (run faster, get muscles).

      Now when I want to train, it suggests me at the point of time with different trainings (you can do a run with these parameters to get faster, do a gravel ride, and so on) based on my load / sleep / stress / weather whatever.
      The coach also asks about any adaption so I can influence the training like: You recommend zone 2 easy run, but I am feeling bad and the weather is not good. Recommend me a rowing session.

      You get hints about your overal goal like (Hey, you did a lot of zone 2 stuff. Now it is time for vo2max if you want to reach your target) or anything like that.

      I am amware, that these data is generated by a llm which costs money. But if it will work, I am sure I will pay it, if the system really analyzing data, recommends flexible and intelligent based on my wishes.

        I have no idea what this is but it sounds exciting!

        Is there a website where I can find out more? Is it available via the Suunto+ section?

            @Steven-Hambleton like what? My Plan Beta? It’s in the mobile app - Calendar tab - upper right tab (iOS).

              I have some general feedback on the Ultra Trail Mastery program… In short, the plan does not recommend enough time on feet. Nor does it incorporate back to back long runs. The latter seems to be accepted wisdom in most ultra training plans.

              The amount of mileage doesn’t really inspire confidence. Maybe the plan would work for someone who’s 20 years old and is prepared to gut out a long event, but I found it to be a bit light in mileage/time.

                @DrSilverthorn I have said the same prior to the beta release. Hopefully this will improve over time.
