appointed with the quality!
Have the same with my black one. Contact support. They will send me a replacement (still waiting for the shipping though).

After such a short time? I am disappointed with the quality!
Same for me. A bit of glue and it’s ok again. Asking a replacement costs more in terms of pollution… YMMV.

I have two straps. Both went this way. I sent one under warranty and got it fixed while the second one I glued myself. The one that was fixed by Suunto got broken again so I glued it myself as well.
Quite disappointed to be honest.

Same here

-
This happened with one, the second one is still holding up.

honestly, this is the kind of stuff that makes me really question Suunto process :
a textile bracelet, that have such an obvious manufacturing defect, was tested by Suunto, and Suunto team said “Okay, we can sell that for 30€” ?
i love a good bracelet, and if i decide to overpay by buying from Suunto (let’s face it, buying 30 to 60€ bracelets is more of a statement and a kind of support towards the company), the very least I expect is good quality !

@Elipsus Yes, I am fascinated by the same thing. The combination of aluminum, glue, and nylon simply cannot work well from the start. Garmin and Coros have the end of the strap sealed together. I think that’s a better solution.
-
Same for me. Quite disappointed and Suunto sav only propose replacement with same strap (which will be of same quality I guess)…
Would have been better to propose another strap as replacement. -
Is this the 22 mm textile strap? I really wanted to buy it. Interesting enough, it’s no longer in the 50% deal section, the full price now is 29€ for Italy.
-
@Francesco-Pagano yes it is
-
@Francesco-Pagano however there are 2 straps (different sizes) in the package, so the price is still good I believe
