My Plan (Beta) not synching planned workouts

@VoiGAS haven’t bothered to try them again, yet. They didn’t adapt (visibly) to the rest I was tracking and it only gave me a bad score as I wasn’t following the plan well enough…

Any updates on resolving this issue? It is quite annoying. As most of the people here, my activities stopped syncing after 2 weeks, and on the watch I also see some old cancelled acitivies.
Can you at least gove a hint if you are on it to resolve the issue or where you stand at least?

Im also stuck in the two week loop of doom.
Not very good with tevh, bur fine through with the hard reset and re install of both the app and New connection between my devices.But still no sync to watch of my plan beta…

Hi there, I have the exact same problem with my Suunto Race 2. 10 weeks program and it stopped the sync after two weeks. Still not a solution from SUUNTO?

hi I am not sure why this is a problem with Suunto. I also develop quantified-self.io that gives you plans but I dont have any issue with the Suunto servers and there is nothing reported internally at Suutnto. I would delegate that to My Plan

@Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos I reported the issue that some people are having in TP. It seems that the “My Plan” features generates too many guides and never deletes them, and it blocks the syncing until a hard reset.

@isazi guides should be synced progressively. So 6 at max or so. I think those are in the guides docs etc. So this really looks like a partner issue.

@Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos to me it seems Suunto MyPlan Guides have some issues. When I try to create a plan, the App creates always all the guides for the first two weeks, but it is not able to sync them if they are a lot. And since that moment, the Guide syncing with the watch get stuck. Here below a test I’ve just made for a triathlon plan planned to start on Monday. I have 10 guides waiting to be synced (let alone that they are wrongly all running session, which is another topic. But MyPlan is still beta, so I can deal with it).

I’m wondering : Is not my plan beta supposed to be replaced by Suunto ai coach ?
Beta tells what it is. Not necessarily supposed to last. Just my guess -
Not a partner issue for me.
I use My Plan (Beta) and after 2 weeks nothing was sync with all my Suunto Watches.
