@Squirrel thank you so much!! After removing the compilation this is nearly perfect. Font is a bit small but It is exactly what I was looking for. Simple and functional.
There’s another one, “simplicity analog” that is very good too but the Ocean one is almost perfect.

@dreamer_ i like the vertical watchface. but maybe with other fonts (from race 2).

@kevin the thing is that the Vertical 1 watchface is very good in a MIP panel because the fonts are greyed (less intrusive).
But now we have a super bright (and very nice) amoled screen.
I think the almost perfect match is the Ocean watchface after removing the outer compilation. The other compilation leyends in this watchface are also grey by default. So it’s almost perfect. Battery saver, with everything I need, and not intrusive.

Just with a battery symbol instead of the text and a little larger font:

Why do you think it would be different? Does it look different on your Race 2 when you try it?

Interesting. Never even occurred to me that different watchfaces would incur different amounts of battery power and drain

@Squirrel Ocean has seconds. I think the fonts are better too. It’s almost perfect but as there’s an outer complication, once removed, you notice that fonts are smaller than they should.
I also miss the light grey font color configurable for both complications and main fonts to make the watchface more battery efficient and less intrusive while you are at home.

Right, that’s why I’ve been using it since I got the watch in May 2025. I need seconds.
Weirdly enough, shortly after I installed it, the preview picture in the Watch face store lost the seconds. 🤨
I didn’t know whether the watch face was updated, removing the seconds, but if you still see them, that means that current version still has them. Maybe someone with inside info can inquire why the preview pic in S+ store does not show the seconds.In My watch faces / In S+ Store > Watch faces (missing seconds)

To recap this thread, and I’m my opinion:
- Light grey color is missing for complications. This color is very interesting to make the watchface battery saver and more comfortable (specially when you are at home)
- Customizable font colors are missing for main fonts. Same reason as previous point. The bright white is not the best color depending of the watchface.
- A minimal watchface is missing. Just one is enough, but we should have at least one to choose. Like the Ocean after removing the outer complication and even with the same fonts. What it happens is that the hour digits are smaller than they should if you remove the outer complication and considering the 1.5 inches screen.

Lol. Personally I like minimalist things. The best watchface I have ever had is the Garmin’s Forerunner 935, a watch from 2017. No complications, nothing sofisticated. Date, time and battery icon. Battery saver, functional and comfortable. For me that is the key.

Totally agree. Battery icon also means you’,ll never forget charging your device but that is my feeling. I consider the rest of the things totally useless
