Suunto app: Unable to log-in

    Hi there,

    I installed the Suunto app and saw that there is: log-in and registration (via facebook). I have a working web account to suunto and movescount (and the forum), (is not clear to me whether they are connected or not).
    From the Suunto app the log–in screen keeps telling me: ¨Incorrect username and password combination¨, and trust me, I typed the correct username (I also tried with the e-mail) and password (which I renewed just in case).
    Is there something special or somewhere to register first (no facebook!) to get logged-in?

      The app is not connected to Movescount. You will need a new log in.

          Tried to set up an new account and got the error message “email already in use.” Tried using my password for the Suunto app Forum and got the “invalid username and passwprd combination” error. I also tried to reset my password and got the message email sent… but got no email.

              No I don’t, only Movescount which I’ve deleted from the phone. It was never on the tablet. I restarted the phone after deleting the account.

                  Just downloaded Suunto App, created a new account, and had my email confirmed, but I am still unable to login to Suunto App all I get is “Login Failed.”
