movescount and suunto app

would it be possible to use both apps at the same time,or can you only use one or the other?

hi,
thanks for your reply,but i tried a few different options but it didnt work for me
im using andriod with spartan sport hr
as soon as i connected the watch to SA it lost connection to MC

i just tried and couldnt get my watch to re pair with MC again
i will just wait untill SA is working more stable for notifications

@cathcaunter You can’t use both of them simultaneously unless you have 2 android devices, and even then your watch will only pair with one device at a time.

yeah i unpaired from MC and added to SA and then added back to MC as if i use SA which i prefer some notifications dont work,si will stick to MC for now.

I do have a question about movescount if some one can answer,
when i log an activity it showes on web and it syncs fine,but on the me page the steps and calories are showing as zero for today,do they not sync over from the MC app?

where are you checking steps and calories ? SA ?

It works just fine (at least for me).

You can have your watch paired with both app on Android (no need to unpair). Just force close the one you dont use.
Begin the first pairing by MCapp, sync.
Force close and open SA and pair once and sync.
When you switch from one app to the other, if retrieving the connexion seems long, don’t hésitate to shutdown Bluetooth on phone and app will ask you to turn it on : do it, and it may be good.

answer to previous question i was looking on movescount.com my steps and calories dont show in there for today its still on zero

thats movescount.com for today steps and calories are still showing zero but they show correct on the MC app
