Activity deletion in SA

I had to delete an activity in the app (small bit of an activity recorded before battery was too low), but newt morning when the phone connected to the watch, the activity was synced again.
Is that normal and we need to delete activities in the watch, or is that a bug ?
By the way, I still sometimes get that flash of user id instead of username with some recently synced activities…
